=46rom the perspective of the Oracle DBA not really, but from the perspective of the UNIX system admin there is quite a bit. Fortunately both have documentation websites and third party books that will help you out. HP has a sysadmin tool named SAM that gives you a curses based interface when you are working cli and a Motif interface when you have X up. They use different files for configuring network interfaces. HP-UX uses a built in lvm vs. Veritas for Sun. And so on and so forth.
