We are extremely happy with liquibase, automated releases with maven
integration has made our life very easy. Haven't had the need to look at
Datical yet but you never say never.

jenkins/minds tools, so as they deploy app (in any environment
dev/test/qa/perftest/staging/integration/prod) the app gets deployed and
upon its success liquibase performs db release for all contexts (schemas).
We however DO NOT use rollback functionality of liquibase.

They're a fairly small startup, I know the founders - good guys, very
bright. It's a commercial product based on an open source product,

I know opinions are widely mixed on liquibase, but the folks at Datical
are trying to shave some of teh rough edges off of it.
