It seems to me that anyone who changes permissions in the name of security
without informing affected employees via change or other appropriate
official channels is someone I wouldn't want implementing security. Making
sure security procedures a) provide security and b) don't inhibit normal
operations is surely basic common sense.
Austin at least has the appropriate dialog going..
