DB2 : looking for a performance consultant

I'm looking for someone who'd be interested in consulting on DB2
performance, specifically how to use the session states to determine what is
going on, and especially what DB2 has done in 9.7 to improve their wait
interface, or as someone put it to finally have a real wait interface.
Any recommendations or leads?
