I would backup the entire Oracle Home.
Actually I normally backup the entire server minus the databases (which is no
problem if the reside on ASM).

Does anyone have a backup checklist for Oracle Files not held in the database
that wont get backed up by RMAN.

Eg
Oratab
tnsnames.ora
listener.ora
init.ora
