I'd have to say it's kind of a toss-up between 1 and 3, with perhaps a little more weight given to 3 (DBA). I really don't think it's 2 (OS Management), and it's most definately not 4 (end user). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bill Ferguson U.S. Geological Survey - Minerals Information Team PO Box 25046, MS-750 Denver Federal Center Denver, Colorado 80225 Voice (303)236-8747 ext. 321 Fax (303)236-4208 ~ Think on a grand scale, start to implement on a small scale ~ "Michael Fontana" <MFontana@xxxxxxxxx> Sent by: oracle-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 05/23/2006 07:16 AM Please respond to MFontana@xxxxxxxxx To <oracle-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> cc Subject Application Server Question for opinion: Is overall control, installation, administration and configuration of Oracle Application Server a: 1) DBA Task 2) OS Management Task 3) Development Task 4) End User Admin Task Replies appreciated! -- //www.freelists.org/webpage/oracle-l
