Apps user is not locked.
I connect normally by sql plus by password apps which is changed to be apps
again.
& Account is open & Database is started normally.
Also All services are started normally & I ran auto config
previously with same password apps & finished normally without
errors.
This is the error I have at sign-in page when I try to open applications.

Servlet error: An exception occurred. The current application deployment
descriptors do not allow for including it in this response.
Please consult the application log for details.
Please advice me

Have you tried logging into the database via sqlplus to double check the apps
password?
