But be careful -- see ML Note 601591.1
" The Block device discovery has been available by mistake in previous
versions due to a bug and shouldn't be
available on other platforms than Linux."
That got changed in 10.2.0.4 on most unix platforms. You never know - it
caught me off guard too :)
