I'm particpating in a clinical trial that requires Optos DICOM angiograms
and red frees. I'm trying to export DICOM images from "Review- optos V^2
Vantage Pro" per the study's protocol. I can get through all the steps but
the last one - I get a "Error in export, Error generating Export Request
for {xxxxxxx....} AM L5 failed to map to exportimage type (source...)
I can download jpg and other formats with ease.
I have a DICOM export license as we send images to the DICOM store for
Merge (works great.)
I have called Optos who said to not use this program for this, but the
study protocol has screenshots of all the steps. Optos suggested changing
the name of the patient and downloading from Optos Advance. Where do I
change the name? I tried changing it in "Review- optos V^2 Vantage Pro" but
that change is not reflected in Optos Advance.
So two questions: 1. how do I download DICOM format from "Review- optos V^2
Vantage Pro"?
2. How do I edit a patient's name and then download in Optos Advance?
