ICG Angiography by Robert Flower is a very good reference. For Autofluorescence 
imaging I would suggest 
Fundus Autofluorescence by John Forrester. 

Another good source of information for these two topics is the Heidelberg 
Engineering web site On-Line courses which are Free.

and also Autofluoresence?  All of my photography books are old and only have FA
