[optimal] Zeiss Visucam export

So I have a nonmyd Zeiss Visucam, and I need to export some images that
were taken in stereo. I don't need both images exported, but the only file
options it gives me to export is either JPEG Stereo File (jps) or Dicom.
I need to export as a .jpg or some other file that I can actually open in
3rd party imaging software.
I even tried to screen capture to copy into Paint or any imaging program,
but you can't get out of the Zeiss software to get to any other programs.
Help?
