Not this one because there was enough tissue covering the hole. There was no light reflected back to the detector. On a full thickness whole yes you'll see a hyper-autofluorescence spot in the fovea. My theory is "you'll never know what you'll see in monochromatic (IR, Red Free, Blue AF, IRAF) imaging so try it." I hope it comes through. The top four images are from 48 line radial pattern. If you zoom in you can almost see the break. The bottom two images were single line scans that I manually moved to see if I could find the break. With the patterns it's all dependent on placement if you can hit the right spot.
