Hi Steve - Depending on the error, this could be an issue with connectivity, or it could be a minor workflow issue. There's solutions for both. Other than more connections to a PC-based DB than we strictly recommend, it looks like your network is ok Please give me a call here in the office at 1-800-931-2230, x1104, and we can talk about a few test situations you can try that may help. If you can grab a screenshot or write down the specific error message, I will try to target the solutions further.
