[optimal] Looking for after market handles for table

Does anyone know if you can get any type of handle grips for patients to
reinforce with that can be added to an instrument table? Some of our patients
are having trouble with the lack of handles on the stratus. I haven't been able
to find anything after market, wondering if I'm going to have to engineer
something. Any ideas?
