All the Best for your future endeavors ! So far I am busier
then ever catching up on a list of way overdue projects.
Maybe I visit you next August in Maine. Maybe I can get Marshall to sail his
boat up there as well.

Cheers to You for the long service you gave to the Ophthalmic community ! Thank
you and Greetings to all my OPS friends.

Thanks to Greg for the kind words and thoughtful comments. No definite plans
yet, but I will be doing something that involves art, photography, and
ophthalmic
imaging. I’m planning to start writing the next chapter as it happens!

Before it's too late, I wanted to say farewell and thank you to the Great
Richard Hackel up in Michigan who will be
hanging up his fundus cameras/SLs/OCts in September (I believe) after a long,
distinguished, and hyper-productive career in ophthalmic imaging (Schatz, Wake
Forest, Kellogg). Richard is one of my heroes and more importantly, an
all-around nice guy who never
took himself too seriously yet left a huge mark on our field. Good Luck
Richard !
