Here's another comprehensive new resource for all ophthalmic imagers including 
anyone preparing for the CRA:

It was just published in the last week or two and is the most up-to-date 
reference for our profession. It's written by Christye Sisson from RIT with 
contributions by Tim Steffens, Sarah Armstrong and others. I haven't gotten a 
full look at it yet, but am excited to see the first new text in our profession 
in over fifteen years!
