I bill under 76512 - the code for Ultrasound B-Scan. We haven't had any
problem with this code as long as the diagnosis code is acceptable.

I am writing on behalf of a customer who claims his local Medicare providers
will not reimburse him for UBM CPT 76513. He is located in Albany, NY. What I
would like to know is if there are any others out there billing for UBM in this
region successfully or if anyone else has experienced this denial.
