[optacon-l] Identifying money

Today I tried to verify that I had a $20 biill in my hand and I couldn't
find the number or written twent $20 on the bill. How do you find it?
My scanner couldn't figure it out either. I think it's a well used, or
maybe laundered--went through the washer," one too many times. Smile :)
