ΘΑ ΉΘΕΛΑ ΝΑ σας ΠΑΡΑΘΈΣΩ ΈΝΑ ΚΕΊΜΕΝΟ ΤΟ ΟΠΟΊΟ ΘΑ ΧΡΗΣΙΜΟΠΟΙΉΣΟΥΜΕ Ως
ΒΆΣΗ η Αιμιλία και εγώ ώστε να παρουσιάσουμε την κατάσταση που επικρατεί
στην χώρα
μας, και να γίνει η αφορμή συζήτησης με τους νέους των άλλων χωρών που
θα συμμετέχουν,στο ίδιο Ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα youth views που θα λάβει
χώρα στο
Βέλγιο,απο τις 24 Ιουλίου ως τις 3 Αυγούστου.
Εγώ έδωσα την ιδέα της ιστορίας,δηλαδή να το παρουσιάσουμε διαδραστικά
μέσα απο την ζωή φανταστικών ατόμων αλλά συντάχθηκε απο την Αιμιλία,μιας
και εκείνη
έχει μεγαλύτερη εμπειρία απο εμένα με τον χώρο και τον τρόπο που
διεξάγωνται τα πράγματα στους συγκεκριμένους τομείς...Αφού δεν έχω
ζήσει εντός των ειδικών
ιδρυμάτων και φορέων,των συλλόγων και ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται, ούτε την
εμπειρία να διαβάζεις μέσω bbrail ή να χρησιμοποιείς τα ακουστικά
βιβλία,ούτε την
πίεση του περίγυρου να ασχοληθεί όποιο άτομο δεν βλέπει με την
τηλεφωνική ή τις δυσκολίες να κυκλοφορείς με μπαστούνι στην πόλη,πόσο
μάλλον να συμμετέχω
στα διάφορα αθλήματα ή εξωσχολικά μαθήματα..,παρά μόνο μέσα απο τις εν
καιρώ, διάφορες συζητήσης.
Το θετικό με την συγκεκριμενη περίπτωση είναι πως μέσα απο μια μικρή
ιστορία,η οποία παρουσιάζει εν μέρη όσα διαδραματίζωνται,θα μπορέσει
κάθε μια απο
εμάς να εκφράσει την άποψή της και να ζητήσουμε και απο τα παιδιά των
υπόλοιπων χωρών να πουν τη δική τους...
Σίγουρα,το κείμενο παρουσιάζει μια απλή περιγραφή των
καταστάσεων,θεωρήσαμε πώς θα ήταν ποιό ευχάριστο ως άκουσμα και απο εκεί
και έπειτα θα πούμε τις
προσωπικές αλήθεις..
Είναι γνωστό σε σας πως η επαφή μου με τον χώρο είναι στα πρώιμα στάδια
αλλά γνωρίζω αρκετά,και η άποψη μου μέχρι σήμερα είναι πώς αν δεν έχεις
γνωστό
να σε βοηθήσει,δύσκολα πετυχαίνεις τον στόχο σου.. Πάρτε ως παράδειγμα
την διεξαγωγή του θέματος που είχε προκύψει με την κινητικότητα,που ως
παιδί της
επαρχείας δεν είχα ελπίδα να έρθει η εκπαιδεύτρια εδώ... Η γνωριμία
μέσω γνωριμίας είναι βασικό στοιχείο και λειτουργεί ως γράσσο για να
κινήσει τα γρανάζια
της γραφειοκρατίας..Νομίζω πως εσείς γνωρίζετε καλύτερα απο μένα πως
πολλοί μέσω του συνδικαλισμού έχουν πετύχει ότι έχουν πετύχει μέχρι
σήμερα και υπάρχουν
πολλά μελανά σημεία στην ιστορία του χώρου...
Όταν μου δοθεί το βήμα θα εκφράσω την δικήμου πραγματικότητα και πως
βιώνω σήμερα το πρόβλημά μου μέσα απο τα θετικά και τα αρνητικά σημεία
που έχω συναντήσει
μέχρι σήμερα.. Το συμπέρασμα όμως είναι πως αν δεν παλέψει ο κάθε ένας
απο εμάς ξεχωριστά οι διάφοροι φορείς είτε εντός είτε εκτός του
συνδικαλισμού,δύσκολα
θα σε υποστηρίξουν,πρέπει να έχεις μεγάλη υπομονή και επιμονή,κουράγιο
να βρεθείς στο περιθώριο ,γιατί δεν έχουν όλοι την διάθεση να σε
υποστηρίξουν ή
να διακινδυνεύσουν, την δική τους ηρεμία και άνεση...
Θα ύθελα να ακούσω και την δική σας θέση πάνω σε αυτό ,και το πως
αντιλαμβάνεστε την ολη κατάσταση..
The story
Today, we would like to talk to you about the situation of visually
impaired people in Greece. That's why we made up a story with
imaginative people who
live in our country. Moreover, after having finished the story-telling
we would really like you to share with us if there are some common
elements in your
countries in the way people face the visually impaired people
and also we would like to know what happens as far as concerns the
school time and the professional walking that the young people follow in
your place.
The first heroe of our story is a 30 yearold man called Hermes who sees
the world in a different way than the others, as he discovered it
through the sense
of touch, hearing and smell. Now he is a married man and the father of a
litle boy.
Today we see himstanding out of his son's schoolyard and as he is
waiting for him to come, he remembered when he was youn where he entered
the world of
knowledge with the litle
signs on the papers of the big and heavy books and the art of fiction
through the voice of the readers of the sound-books that he red and he
continues to.
"It's nice to listen to a book!" Thought on his own but how much he
wanted to run the pages with his fingers! At least he would help his son
with dictation.
The litle boy interupted his thoughts telling him- Dad I'm here... And
so they kept on walking at home holding each other's hand.
Tik TIK TIK AS THE CANE HITS THE GROUND AND THEN THE LITLE BOY REMEMBERS
THE STRANGE REACTIONS OF HIS FELLOW STUDENTS. " Hay dad, why all the
kids kept
on asking me about your cane?" Hermes felt uncomfortable he didn't know
what to say but finally said- Hay litle hgiant, do not have to feel
ashamed and
if this will happen again, just answer that my dad drives a very
expensive vehicle and if you want we can pick you up too... The litle
boy started laughing
but in the same time Hermes remembered when was he who had to try hard
to show that he can do more than the other wanted him to do.You have to
try hard
for everything.
And, as far as concerns his job, he had never dreamed of picking up
phones and connect mr. A to mrs. G. Besides now everything can be done
automatically.
"Hermes! I'm here! I was out for shopping." Was she his lovely wife. He
smiled and he felt like the first day they met. There, at the bus
station on the
way to the institute where he accidentally fell on her but she didn't
insult him. On the contrary she helped him get on and they sat together
He was so
kind that he could attract someone with his behaviour. But he wasn't
used to find people who would help him especially when he got out of the
bus where
he found some difficulty either because of someone's car parked on the
pedestrian way or because of the big and heavy iron dustbins on the
drive-way.
Every day is a litle adventure, especially the period when you have to
pass from an educational stage to an other since here there is not the
proper technical
supportfrom the the responsible administrators of education . In other
words they can't provide us with the new technologies and tools to
realize our goals
and if someone is good at chemistry science or mathematics, can not go
beyond as there are not books in the Braille method.
And what can we say if for instance a child needs to have material
appart from his school subjects (foreign language courses, music books
etc.) it is more
difficult if unavailable. But we only have to mention that these last
years thwo organisations have included in their programmes the learning
of foreign
languages the majority of visually impaired in Greece doesn'teven speak
English.
Despite all these difficulties, he had to study "Hermes you have to
graduate and work in a central there is no other way. There is, he
answered giving
the example of an other young blind man who's name was Aris." Aris liked
dealing with computers. Although there was not sufficient support he
managed to
study and now he is a member of a multinational company away from centrals.
For sure we have to say that sometimes you have the courage to follow
your dreams but some others it doesn't lead you in the right way. Irida
was a girl
who studied psycology because as she said she wanted to talk to people
and make them share their problems with her and now she lives with the
_benefit
that the greek state gives to visually impaired people as till now only
a few cases of visually impaired p
