[opendtv] Re: UK switchover

Hope this makes it through intact for a change.

There is one area in S. Wales that has been switched over to DTV - a
trial to see what are the practical problems on the ground

 From where I'm sitting, the swtch over programme for the UK seems to be
manageable - with everyone working together to make it happen in time
for the Olympics.  Once everyone agrees - we have a very good track
record on making this happen
