The judges understood that every subscriber isn't assigned their own individual dime-sized antenna, nor are they allocated their own virtual DVR, as Aereo tried to claim.

I heard this on the radio. Not surprising, from judges who have no idea what programming is available FOTA. I hope Aereo figures out some other angle, or better yet, that broadcasters get their act in gear and do this on their own.
