Normally they won't. As has been the case here in the U.S., HD will 
be a differentiated service, not an uprezed version of an SD network.

Most HD services (cable and DBS) here in the U.S. are not available 
in SD, except for the major networks, which represent a small 
percentage of the available HD programming.
