All reviews point out that this display is far superior to the previous generation LCD devices. Unfortunately it looks like eMagin doesn't know how to run their business - they just closed the user forum for the Z800 and other consumer specs. There are 2-3 manufacturers of OLED-based VR HMDs out there at prices < $2000 (most 720p and greater OLED HMDs are around 10-20k) but nowhere near the uptake of users as eMagin seems to have had. A real shame if you ask me.
