Interesting if true.  However, one needs to note that this is a news report 
based on a an ex-parte filing (required by the Sunshine Act) of a Philips 
meeting with a single Commissioner.  Philips is required to report it.

It's the first time I can ever remember a news item about an ex-parte filing.

It is not them 1)actually proving it or even 2)showing the device to the 
Commission and most importantly 3) letting the Commission testing the device.
