Perhaps the FCC will agree with your positions.

I doubt that Google is going to put up the bucks to build out a white space infrastructure; I also doubt that they would purposely manipulate the database to interfere with other users of this spectrum.

Why would the folks who want and need to utilize the white spaces purposely give broadcasters ammunition to shut them down?

I'm growing tired of an industry that does little to justify the huge swath of spectrum that they occupy, and even less to use it efficiently. It's time for the broadcasters who want to survive to start working with companies like Google and Apple to build something people want and will use.

Who knew that you could use this spectrum to support broadcasting and return paths to build the applications that will allow innovative broadcasters to survive?
