Using alerting standards ala CAP? Or just sending HTML files and bitmaps? Most
people seem
to be doing the latter... which is *not* emergency alerting (you can't
interoperate with other
providers), no matter how much they say it is.

You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the OpenDTV list in two ways:
- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at
FreeLists.org
- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
unsubscribe in the subject line.
