I'm not a big fan of Walmart, and I seldom shop there (maybe thrice in my life.) However, I have gone into a Walmart with $13 in my pocket, bought a new change of clothes (socks, t-shirt and shorts) and had change in my pocket. (I shopped only the price leaders.)
