IE was never bundled with themes. And it sure as heck won't come with a
new theme core incl. Aero/Glass/etc. If you want your XP install to look
like Vista, download windowblinds (if you want transparency) or uxtheme
patcher and some Aero/Glass knockoffs (no transparency).
