You're being obtuse, Craig.

Wales is the size of Massachusetts. Do you think OTA broadcasters require 75 
translator sites to cover Massachusetts?

You can't compare parts of a country that are similar to New England states, in 
size and population, with what we term as "remote places" in the US.
