You know very well I am talking in terms of what providers started
offering, since this was the context of your straw man. The first
widespread 'plans' with any success were 384k down.

Then I take it you are quite happy to pay more for what you get now,
at the same speeds.

talking points from John McCain? I can't believe we are even having
this discussion.
