Except that is NOT TRUE. Nothing has changed with respect to the fundamental
tenets of Net Neutrality; the only change is that enforcement is going back to
the agency that was in charge for decades before the Obama administration tried
to disadvantage ISPs relative to the Internet Edge Providers, who ARE violating
the basic tenets of Net Neutrality.
