Too bad, Craig, having to resort to your flights of fancy so you can doggedly
stick to your mantra. The huge majority of the responses were in favor of
neutrality. And why wouldn't they be? Plus, the DC Circuit Court said Title II
was the only way. Plus, that same court reiterated the point yesterday. They
don't want to reconsider that decision, whether or not Title II was required.
Now we'll see what Chairman Pai says.
Sorry, but the Title II decision was not NEUTRAL. It was
unnecessary
Total BS. It is necessary because competition is very inadequate. You have this
odd notion that Internet neutrality is an unalienable birth right, or enshrined
in the Constitution, or somehow granted by a higher power. It's not, Craig. Nor
did it happen by accident. Just as you were powerless to determine the content
of your "the bundles" for all those decades, net neutrality was never
preordained. It exists only because of PRE-EXISTING REGULATION.
But that is exactly what happened after the Title II decision.
The privacy rules imposed on ISPs disadvantage them relative
Total BS. Another example of Craig going back to square 1. Show me where
Verizon or Comcast are prevented from developing their own Internet shopping
site, independent of their role as (monopolistic) broadband providers. Equally,
show me where Google would have had any advantages over Verizon or Comcast,
with their Google Fiber service.
Your arguments are illogical, and repetitiously so.
Once again we have reached the end of a thread...
Your usual response when you don't have a leg to stand on.
