And that's why Dish is doing what they are doing, Craig.

It does so only with artificial constraints that no longer apply. Can you 
receive TWC TVE where you live, Craig? If not, why not?

Once these different walled gardens unwall themselves, as Dish and Verizon have 
started to do, do you not see that the almost identical bundles among the 
different MVPDs will no longer remain identical?
