[opendtv] Re: Another first for OTA SD 16:9

WSB 2-2 (now MeTV) in Atlanta has been running SD 16x9 anamorphic promos for
some time now.

The channel programming itself is all 4x3 pillarboxed, but during breaks the
16x9 anamorphic spots switch seamlessly to fill the screen.

In this case, the problem is simply lack of 16x9 source material. When 16x9
is available, they seem to use it. Doesn't look too bad, either.
