[ola] Grading

Antonio,
Lisa and I have spent hours and hours on this topic AND deal with the
requirements from HB2220 that essentially does not let us grade
participation, or that's how it's being interpreted here.  Here's a photo
of what we came up with so far...  Hope it helps, T
