It appears that setting the height of a thing in a dehacked lump does not have
any effect on the height of the thing with co_realactorheight enabled.  MAP01
in IDL2011-.wad has a short green pillar with a beating heart in the center of
the map.  In ZDoom 1.23, the player can walk over the pillar as the wad's
dehacked lump sets the pillar's height to 24 units.  In Odamex, it appears to
be its standard height.
