Test map for this bug

When the player walks under a very low bridge-thing that borders a sector with
a different floor height, the player's z position is not properly set when
moving to the bordering sector.  I noticed this problem on Ralph's Magical Ice
Forts and have attached a much-simplified version of the problem area of that
map.  In the sector with the slime texture, the floor height is -144 and often
when moving to the bordering sector with height of -128, the player's z
position remains at -144, allowing them to walk through the floor.
