[PATCH] P_CanSpy fixes (v2)
- Explicitly always allow spying on yourself.
It appears previously spynexting to a teammate would leave you unable to
spynext back to yourself. Now explicitly allow spectating yourself.
- Fix logic for skipping spectator's own position in CL_SpyCycle.
v1 reverted r4530's spynext behaviour change, citing user confusion. v2 does
not revert r4530. I am told confusion has been cleared up.
- Rewrite for clarity, move tests into separate conditionals.
