[PATCH] P_CanSpy fixes
- Explicitly always allow spying on yourself.
It appears previously spynexting to a teammate would leave you unable to
spynext back to yourself. Now explicitly allow spectating yourself.
- Revert back to spectator behaviour expected by players.
Spynexting as a spectator will return you eventually to your own spectator
position. People expect this behaviour; my change to use the spectate key
instead was not sufficiently discoverable. (cf. bug 1036)
- Rewrite for clarity, move tests into separate conditionals.
