I missed the puffins at Haystack thanks to an adult Bald Eagle who landed this afternoon and flushed EVERYTHING off the rock. A single Caspian Tern was noted earlier in the day flying across Nehalem Bay . Many guillemots paired and displaying just south of Cape Falcon.
