[obol] late? Rough-legged Hawk

I was surprised today when I saw a ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK on Briedwell Rd.
(across from Sheldon's pond) NW of Amity.
On my little loop I also say Red-tail, Kestrel, N. Harrier, and Osprey (west
of Amity, first found 3-6-15), and 12 Turkey Vultures.
We still have a White-throated Sparrow in the backyard, plus both Anna's and
Rufous Hummingbirds.
