Hello, sorry to bother with what may be two easy questions - I'm only an
intermediate birder.  I'm remotely helping a friend identify some bird
photos, and I was hoping to confirm two identifications.  One we believe is
a Northern Harrier, although the coloring and general appearance are
perhaps consistent with a juvenile Cooper's Hawk.  The other is a zoomed in
shot that seems most likely to be a peregrine - the front of the bird isn't
visible, and the bird is spreading its tail feathers slightly, showing some
distinctive white spots.

If anyone feels like helping, the two photos are available at
https://glennettersite.wordpress.com/

Thanks!
Glenn
