Key thing is to look WEST from the south end of Smith Loop Rd., where it
comes out on Hwy 99W.
Good to know that Smith Loop Rd. is still public.
Now I'll go to bed ... as soon as I've robotically typed in the last few
corrections on CBC data .....

Thanks also to Cody Smith for clarifying the access situation along
Smith Loop Road. I thought it was a public road since that's how it
shows up in DeLorme. But I can't honestly remember when was the last
time that I drove that loop. Maybe one of those roads where the county
has recently ceded the public right-of-way at the behest of local
landowners? We have a few like that out in our area.

The Pacific golden Plover was on the west side of Hwy 99 at the junction of
Smith Loop at the south end. It was with 2 Killdeer and was at the edge of
the gravel road viewed while still on Smith Loop at the edge of Hwy 99. It
was viewable with binoculars.
