By the way, this park has good vagrant potential. I have never had the opportunity to bird there very much early in the day, but suspect that if it were covered regularly during those hours from mid-May to mid June, it would turn up some vagrants.
This campground is adjacent to the NE 1st (D River) migrant focus point spot that over the years has had R-b Grosbeak, Parula, Blackpoll, multiple Nashvilles, Chats, Brewer's Sparrows, Black Tern etc. There's a very nice boardwalk leading from the parking lot at the end of NE 1st north to the campground entrance making it easy to cover both.
