Near Ferry street Bridge. 460 E. 2nd street, Capitol Pacific Building. Have
seen the bird fly into a small cedar tree at the Great Basin Entrance on E.
2nd. Twice. Flying around area tree to tree. Originally spotted by Jim Carlson
