Hi,

This morning (11/12), Chuck Philo saw 1 male Lapland Longspur in winter
male plumage that was separate from 8 Snow Buntings in the area where the
Snow Buntings have been in the Yaquina Bay North Jetty areas this past
week.  He looked for the Horned Larks in that area as reported below but
did not find any.
