My first record of Say's Phoebe in Linn Co is from 1/1/1999 at the SE base
of Ward Butte. I and others have occasionally seen SAPH there with some
regularity, off and on over the years in this season. I guess this favored
site is favored because of its aspect among other factors I think aspect
has a lot to do with it plus there is a small corral there
