I suggest just sending a contribution check to the USFW. The purchase of Duck
Stamps is good, but the presumption is that the purchase is for the purpose of
duck hunting. A direct contribution can have a note giving the purpose if it
is not for hunting.

As was pointed out to me, the federal stamps are July-June (I think Oregon's
is calendar year). Still worth getting if you haven't before.

Subject: [obol] Which reminds me - have you purchased your DUCK STAMP?
It's a new year - don't forget to support the wildlife refuges by purchasing
your Federal Duck Stamp. Available at USFW website
http://shop.aba.org/index.php/federal-duck-stamp/duck-stamp-2015-2016-295.html
Or you can purchase through American Birding Association to help them count
the number of birders who purchase these stamps.

Note - I have no affiliation with the duck stamps, just think it's a great
way to support the NWR's and represent birding at the same time.
