50+ Red-tails including a Kreiders
20 Rough-legs
6 ad & 2 imm Bald Eagles
2 Golden Eagles
1 Kestrel
2 Merlin
1 Sharpshinned Hawk
3 Get H Owl
1 W. Grebe
Wallowa Lk is all open water.
Rural roads are snowy.
Skies mostly cloudy, but the mountains are visible.
