Mike and I did the Tillamook East Raptor Run last Friday. It was wonderful to
be out birding!
We don't usually see owls, but this time we found a beautiful barn owl. It was
hunting, in broad daylight, over a farmer's field close to and north of
McCormick Loop Rd, between Hwy 101 and the RR tracks. Mike took some great
photos. No accipiters this time around.
